As all of you may be aware, the Hon’ble
Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Mumbai in the case of O.A.
No. 86/2008 filed by Income Tax Gazetted Officers Association and one of their
member officer, passed an order in favor of the officers granting notional fixation of pay w.e.f 01.01.1996.
On similar lines, it was decided that AICEIA, Pune would also file application before H'ble CAT, Mumbai, for granting similar relief to the Central Excise officers. Members are requested to go through the detailed note posted on this blog on 26.02.2012.
In this context, we wish to inform all the members that the application has now been filed before H'ble CAT, Mumbai bench. The OA No is 323/2012. It is listed for hearing on 11.06.2012.
